Terms for using Liaison Reply.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for the activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or are used fraudulently, abusively, or unlawfully.

Liaison Reply provides draft reply suggestions for you to review and edit. You are responsible for deciding whether to use any generated content before sending it or acting on it.

The service is not legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

You retain ownership of the messages, prompts, context, and other content you submit. By using the service, you grant Liaison Reply a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, and to provide requested outputs, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Harassment, abuse, threats, or impersonation.
• Fraud, deception, spam, or malware distribution.
• Unauthorized scraping, probing, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Using the service to facilitate unlawful or harmful conduct.

Liaison Reply offers free and paid digital access, including Liaison Reply Pro subscriptions. Prices, features, and plan availability may change from time to time, but changes will not retroactively alter charges already incurred.

If a paid plan is described as offering unlimited generations, that means unlimited generations for normal individual use. Paid plans remain subject to fair-use, security, fraud, and abuse guardrails, including temporary limits or intervention where unusually heavy activity creates operational, safety, or billing risk.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through your account settings, billing portal, app store subscription settings, or by contacting support@liaisonkeyboard.com, depending on how the subscription was purchased. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and amounts already paid are non-refundable.

We use supported third-party payment processors, including Stripe and app-store billing providers where applicable. By providing a payment method, you authorize the relevant processor to charge the recurring fees, taxes, and other amounts due for your selected plan.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, pricing, supported platforms, or account access, at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we update these terms, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

The Liaison Reply service, branding, software, site design, logos, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by Liaison Reply or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from them.

The service may link to or rely on third-party sites and providers, including payment processors, analytics platforms, authentication services, app stores, and infrastructure providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liaison Reply and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

Except where prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liaison Reply and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
